林小琪是李奥贝纳大中华区的总裁兼首席创意官。身为香港本土创意人的Carol曾帮助诸多香港品牌如國泰航空等,取得了在香港、亚洲乃至全世界的成功与荣耀;亦曾助力麦当劳、宝洁、阿迪达斯和欧莱雅等国际大品牌在大中华区的品牌营销成就更上一层。1997年她在李奥贝纳香港时,为香港麦当劳客户赢得了他们史上第一枚戛纳狮子。 在2017年5月回归李奥贝纳之前,她任职DDB香港首席创意官兼董事总经理。

林小琪常年担任各创意奖项评审,包括Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Clio, ANDY, New York Festivals, Spikes Asia, AdFest Lotus, 龙玺大奖及中国4A金印奖等等。

 

Carol leads Leo Burnett as president and chief creative officer of Greater China.
She has been instrumental in driving multinational brands such as P&G, Adidas, McDonald’s and L’Oréal to new heights across the Greater China region. In 1997, Carol worked on Leo Burnett Hong Kong’s first Cannes-winning campaign for McDonald’s. She returned to Leo Burnett in 2017 from DDB Hong Kong where she was chief creative officer and managing director.

Carol also has extensive experience judging at prestigious award shows globally and locally, including the Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Clio, ANDY, New York Festivals, Spikes Asia, AdFest Lotus,etc.
