吴凡先生可谓是中国广告行业的中坚分子,他以香港奥美广告公司为起点开启了职业生涯。在为其效力近十年后,吴凡先生受邀成为上海奥美广告公司的创意合伙人,为发展迅速的广告行业树立一个创造性的精神文化。

2008年,吴凡先生加入了盛世长城广州,掌管拥有一百多名创意人员的团队。一年后,公司被评为亚洲50强代理公司之一( Campaign Brief Asia)。

作为盛世长城大中华区首席创意官,吴凡凭借杰出的创意赢得了一系列知名新客户,包括保时捷、上汽大众、金沙娱乐城以及卡夫亨氏等。作为奖项收割机,除了帮助公司在五年内赢得十座年度最佳创意代理商之外,他还是戛纳、Clio、D&AD、Spikes Asia、Ad Fest等的常胜将军。在香港4A奖中,吴凡先生荣获全场大奖, 在Campaign Brief的名单中更是荣获“香港最炙手可热创意人”奖。

吴凡先生身为中国广告行业的领导者,多次参加国内外的行业论坛,为下一代创意人传授经验之道,令中国创意行业达到新的高度,收获更多成就。

当谈及创意及管理时,吴凡先生说道:“我对广告创意及管理创意人才的理念很简单,首先是要工作得开心,因为其他的一切都源自于此。”

 

Fan is a stalwart of the Chinese advertising industry. His career began at Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong. A decade later he was invited to take creative charge of Ogilvy Shanghai, at the heart of the world’s fastest-growing advertising market.

In 2008 he assumed the helm at Saatchi & Saatchi Guangzhou, where a year later, the agency became one of Campaign Brief Asia’s “Top 50 hottest agencies”.

As CCO Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China, Fan has been pivotal in attracting new clients, such as Porsche, Shanghai Volkswagen, Sands Casino, and Kraft Heinz China. He’s also attracted awards, bags of them. In addition to helping win ten Agency of the Year awards in the past five years, he’s won metal at Clio, Cannes, D&AD, Asia Pacific Ad Fest and Spikes Asia, to name a few. He capped them with the Grand Prize at the Hong Kong 4As Award Show and a “#1 ranking” in Campaign Brief Asia’s “Hottest Creatives in Hong Kong”.

Fan is a strong and consistent wellspring of creativity, and a respected guiding light in China’s advertising industry, offering workshops and talent development training for the next generation of creatives.

“My philosophy for creating ads and managing creative talent is simple.” Fan espouses, “First, be happy. Everything else flows from there.”
