何振鸿于2017年加入恒美广告公司,担任首席创意总监兼董事总经理。之前,他曾于葛瑞集团,任职首席创意官兼董事总经理达12年之久。期間,他成功将该公司改造成无穷创意的地标(圣殿),並获得2016年香港最具创意广告公司大赏;更于坎城国际创意节为公司带来金狮和铜狮等殊荣。同时亦屡获其他国际和地区奖项,如英国伦敦国际奖、One Show、亚洲创意广告节、亞亚太广告节、纽约广告节、龙玺及本地最高创意指标 – 金帆广告大奖 。

何振鸿享负盛名的创作力,结合透徹的商业洞悉力,成就他强大的跨领域能力,不单为现今广告公司不可或缺,更为香港一众知名品牌带来源源的创业驱动力。曾合作大型品牌如汇丰银行、香港旅游发展局、葛兰素史克、麦富奴及微软等。
他曾先后于达彼思、奧美、智威汤逊和麦肯光明等优秀广告公司任职,其中两年亦于制作公司Another Factory 担任广告导演。
拥有EMBA学位的他,热衷追求知识,更喜欢分享行业所見所识,教学培育新人,为广告界未来,寻找新动力。

Keith joined DDB Hong Kong as Chief Creative Officer and Managing Director in 2017.

Prior to joining DDB, Keith spent 12 years at the Grey Group Hong Kong as Chief Creative Officer and Managing Director. During this time, he transformed the agency into a creative powerhouse which was named “Creative Agency of the Year” in Hong Kong in 2016. He brought home many international awards from Gold and Bronze Cannes Lions, to awards from prestigious shows such as the LIAs, the One Show, the Spikes, Adfest, the New York Festival, the LongXi Awards and the local Kamfan award: the premier award for local Hong Kong advertising.

Keith has a true cross-disciplinary spirit for what a modern agency should be, and has a proven creative track record for his ideas. He is highly regarded for his entrepreneurial drive in working with big brands in Hong Kong. These include blue chip brands such as HSBC, the Hong Kong Tourism Board, GSK, McDonald’s and Microsoft. In his career, Keith has also worked at other leading agencies such as Bates, Ogilvy, JWT and McCanns. He also spent two years as a TV commercial director at the production company Another Factory.

Keith holds an EMBA degree and loves to teach, because he believes the future of the industry lies with today’s young guns.
